Haptic Synth Privacy Policy

Haptic Synth is operated by Soonho Kim. Haptic Synth does not create user accounts and does not collect, sell, or use personal data for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.
Microphone
With your permission, Automatic Haptics uses microphone input to analyze nearby sound and generate haptic feedback. Microphone audio is processed on your iPhone. The app does not record it, store it, or upload it to the developer.
Music, video, and projects
Media you select and haptic projects you create are processed and stored locally on your device. Haptic Synth does not upload this content to the developer.
YouTube
If you choose the YouTube feature, YouTube content is displayed using YouTube's embedded player. Google and YouTube may receive device, network, and usage information under their own policies. Use of this feature is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Local network
Some app components can communicate with nearby devices or a browser on the same local network. This traffic is not routed through a Haptic Synth cloud service. Local-network features may be hidden or unavailable in a given release.
Third parties
The app does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Apple provides App Store distribution and system frameworks. YouTube functionality is provided by Google.
Children
Haptic Synth is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information.

Haptic Synth 개인정보처리방침
Haptic Synth는 회원 계정을 만들지 않으며, 개인정보를 수집·판매하거나 광고, 프로파일링, 앱 간 추적에 사용하지 않습니다.
사용자가 허용하면 Automatic Haptics가 마이크 입력을 iPhone 안에서 분석해 햅틱을 생성합니다. 마이크 오디오는 녹음·저장되지 않으며 개발자에게 업로드되지 않습니다. 선택한 음악·영상과 생성한 프로젝트도 기기 안에서 처리·저장됩니다.
YouTube 기능을 선택하면 YouTube 임베디드 플레이어가 사용되며, Google 및 YouTube가 자체 정책에 따라 기기·네트워크·사용 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 로컬 네트워크 기능의 통신은 Haptic Synth 클라우드 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
